Web Design critique

Hi All,

I have a web design site that generates a lot of traffic, but for the wrong things (my graphics) when I want to sell my web design abilities. I am ranking #1 or #2 for my top keywords but not getting many sales.  I asked for a critique from this list last year and used some of the ideas and I've changed it a lot since then -- focusing more on graphics -- but I would appreciate it if you could check it out again and let me know what your perspective is from a prospective customer's point of view, i.e., what am I doing that is not resulting in sales.
